Welcome to campustinder.com. By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing any matching or dating services through our Site or our official Instagram account (@campus.confessions), you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must exit this platform immediately.

1. Strictly Unofficial & Independent Disclaimer

This platform, its website (campustinder.com), its administrative team, and its social media channels (collectively, "Campus Tinder") operate as an entirely independent, student-run entertainment project.

* Zero Corporate Connection: We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Tinder (Match Group, LLC), or any other University or their real-world subsidiaries.

* Hype & Parody Purpose: Trademarked names, branding references are utilized solely for community social hype, entertainment, and descriptive purposes.

2. Eligibility & Voluntary Mutual Consent

By completing our registration form or entering into any matchmaking transaction, you guarantee that:

* You are 18 years of age or older.

* You are registering and interacting entirely of your own free will and discretion.

* You understand that our service relies on mutual consent. Any date booking, venue arrangement, or ID reveal requires both parties to agree and pay their respective shares independently.

3. Financial Terms, Fee Structure, & Absolute Non-Refund Policy

We operate a fee-based service model managed via Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) from @campus.confessions . By utilizing these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following financial terms:

* Participation Fee (ID Reveal): A small fee is charged to reveal a matched partner's Instagram ID. Paying this fee does not guarantee the other party will respond, like you, or agree to meet.

* Venue Booking Fee: To secure a physical date at a partner venue, both users must independently pay their respective venue fees.

* Conditional Matching Mechanics: If User A pays for a venue date, we will pitch the match to User B. If User B rejects the match, fails to pay, or changes their mind, User A's venue fee is forfeited for that specific match, and User A must re-register on our platform for a new match.

* Absolute Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Campus Tinder for ID reveals, participation, venue bookings, sending or revealing confessions are 100% final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases of ghosting, cancellation by your match, dissatisfaction with the match quality, or platform technical errors.

4. Absolute Limitation of Admin Liability (Zero Legal Responsibility)

The creators, operators, and administrators of campustinder.com (the "Admins") act strictly as algorithmic intermediaries.

* Third-Party Conduct: The Admins exercise zero control over, and accept no liability for, the behavior, safety, actions, financial scams, or integrity of users either online (chats, DMs) or offline (physical meetings at venues).

* Venue Disclaimer: Physical dates happen at public third-party commercial venues. The Admins are not liable for food quality, pricing disputes, injuries, accidents, harassment, or any incidents occurring at the date venues.

* Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Admins from any legal claims, financial losses, personal injury lawsuits, or damages arising directly or indirectly from your matches or your physical attendance at dates.

5. Data Privacy & Use of Instagram Information

To deliver matches, we collect data including your Instagram handle, year of study, personality tags, and relationship preferences.

* Voluntary Disclosure: You consent to us sharing your Instagram handle with your designated match only after the required verification fees are processed.

* "As-Is" Data Handling: While we handle your data carefully, the platform operates on an "as-is" basis. The Admins cannot guarantee absolute defense against hackers, data leaks, or third-party exploits, and accept zero liability for security breaches.

6. Admin Authority & Right to Terminate

The Admins hold absolute, unchallengeable authority over the platform infrastructure. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, without notice and without providing refunds, to:

* Ban or blacklist any Instagram handle or user account for abusive behavior, harassment, or fake profiles.

* Refuse matching or dating services to anyone for any reason.

* Modify, suspend, or terminate the entire platform at any time.

7. Prohibited Behavior

Users are strictly banned from engaging in harmful activities. You agree NOT to:

* Create fake profiles or impersonate other students.

* Share screenshots or leak the personal details/chat history of matches publicly.

* Use our service to stalk, harass, scam, extort, or threaten other students.
